Science Fair

A growing number of employers in the 21st century will be seeking employees who can demonstrate that they can remain competitive in the ever-evolving world of science and technology.

A well-designed science fair is a critical opportunity for students to gain skills in the fields of science and engineering and to learn to appreciate both the rigors and excitement of scientific inquiry from a young age. Science fairs also require students to showcase applied skills through research and experimentation, and offers them a chance to research scientific topics that interest them.

Each year, all students in grades 4-6 take part in creating science projects and can then choose to participate in our formal science fair. Those students then present their projects to a panel of selected judges. This kind of active participation in a large-scale project provides an outstanding opportunity for our students to gain critically thinking skills, hone presentation skills, and explore their areas of interest.
