Ms. Caitlin Davidson has been with Baden Academy since its inception in 2012. Growing up in Beaver County, she earned her BA in Elementary and Special Education from the California University of Pennsylvania and her M.Ed in Special Education Supervision from Slippery Rock University. Ms. Davidson has experience in both middle school and elementary school settings. Prior to her leadership role at Baden Academy, she was the Special Education Coordinator and Special Education teacher across grades K-6.  She is passionate about ensuring all students have access to academic and social opportunities regardless of circumstance. With her background in music and dance, Ms. Davidson believes that our unique mission provides an atmosphere for all students to succeed.
