Ms. Michelle Lennon

After serving as Baden Academy's Assistant Principal from 2016-2020, Ms. Michelle Lennon is now the CEO at Baden Academy. Ms. Lennon earned her BA in elementary education from Slippery Rock University and a master’s in educational administration from Drexel University. She is a certified K-12 principal and has over two decades of educational experience. She’s taught at the elementary, middle, high school, and post-secondary levels, and has also led educators in developing and implementing online curriculum. In her role of assistant principal at Baden Academy, she headed the team that earned statewide recognition for the Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) Program for four straight years. Ms. Lennon believes in Baden Academy’s powerful and unique mission and looks forward to collaborating with students, teachers, parents, the school board, and the community to help the school thrive in the coming years.
